  • Phone and Email Support from a back-line engineer
  • Advice and counsel on how to use Pulse to increase cluster productivity

Upon product registration you will receive the email address and phone number of our core back line engineer. You will also receive a personal introduction to the core engineer and any assistance needed to install Pulse Server in your cluster environment.
